SATURDAY PRAYER – (18MAY19) Dear Most Gracious Heavenly
Father, we want to thank you for all the blessings that you have given to us.
We know that you are a Wonderful God, our Redeeming Savior, and Mighty
Comforter who we all need more now than ever before. We lift up your Name and magnify
you with praises in our heart of thanksgiving. Our worship belongs to you and
only you for there is none like you. Lord, we ask that if there is anything
that we have done against you and/or against others – knowingly or unknowingly,
willfully or unwilfully, and sins of omission, that you will forgive us and
cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Many of us face challenges, trials, and
temptations, so we need your help in upholding the righteous standard that you
have set for our lives because we are unable to do it without you.
Today, we come to you in prayer for Christians who are being
persecuted around the world. We ask that you will be with them and deliver them
from their oppressors. We ask that you will be with lawmakers who are trying to
end the murder of innocent children, and we pray against those who are coming
against them for doing what is right. We pray that the sexualization of
children will end in this nation, and that the parents, teachers, doctors, and
lawmakers who are confusing children with gender misappropriation be made to
cease and desist. We pray for those who are in unholy matrimonies because they
claim to be married to same-sex partners. We ask that you will have the courts
to overturn their attempt to undo what you designed and that those who are
involved in this lifestyle will turn their hearts to Jesus.
We pray for those who are in our military and that level
heads will govern them, but when the time for war that has been prophesied does
happen, we pray for their protection and that you will save as many souls as
possible. We pray for broken marriages that the couple will unite as one. We
pray for hardened children so that they turn to you. We pray those who may have
lost their way and that they will find you, while you may be found. We pray for
those who are sick with disease, health concerns and limitations, mental
illness, and other ailments that are brought on by the evil one. We pray for
those who are scheduled for surgeries and other medical procedures. We pray
that you will guide the surgeons’ hands and allow them to have a speedy
recovery. We pray that those who are in need of medical funding, you will
supply their needs according to your riches in glory. We pray for their
complete healing in Jesus name.
As always, there is so much that we can add to this prayer,
but we will close in praying for the lost, which includes but are not to our
family members, loved ones, friends, coworkers, associates, and strangers. We
pray that they will turn their hearts completely to you before it is too late.
May your return be soon, and we pray that we are ready. We ask all these things
in Your Son’s Name, Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
