Vitamins for Daily Use and/or Medical Needs

Vitamins for Daily Use and/or Medical Needs

As many of you know, things are rapidly changing in our society and around the world. Few would have possibly imagined that we would be living in a time where medical mandates would be sweeping across the globe. Sadly, millions of people have succumbed to the pressures that have been placed on them by their demonic governments. Mainstream media has been influential in spreading lies and causing people to look crazy if they even dare to question the so-called science of the poisonous darts being mandated worldwide. Unfortunately, and even more diabolical, is the refusal of many doctors to uphold their Hippocratic oath to do no harm to their patients. Many are refusing to continue medical care to patients who have chosen to bypass being a government guinea pig. This is causing people to have to find alternatives for medications and patient care.

Let me first say that I am no Doctor of Medicine. I am, however, a Doctor of Ministry who will continue to help the body of Christ as the days are growing darker. The Bible says: “Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming; it is near” (Joel 2:1). Jesus is coming soon for His bride, and we must be ready and help others to prepare. Part of that preparation includes sharing our knowledge with others as we tarry until the Lord returns. Therefore, I am sharing a list of natural supplements that you may find helpful in the present and days to come should you not have medical care. Nevertheless, this is not a one-size-fits-all, and you must do your own research, which includes consulting your primary care physician should you so choose, to see what will work best for you and your family.

1.)   A good multivitamin. I like to use Alive gummies because this is a basic start, and they are pretty reasonable in price. Nevertheless, I have found that they do not have everything I need, so I have added other vitamins to suffice.

2.)   Vitamin C. In the era of COVID, many doctors have recommended that people have Vitamin C as part of their daily regimen. Many recommend 2000 mg or higher per day. As always, do your research to see what works best for you.

3.)   Zinc. This mineral has been part of the regimen many doctors recommend for the prevention of COVID. I take 100 mg per day, but you must do your own research to see what’s best for you.

4.)   Quercetin. This supplement has been called the natural version of Hydroxychloroquine. You can purchase this on Amazon with zinc included or separately. I take 1000 mg per day, but once again, you must do your own research and see what would be best for you.

5.)   Vitamin D3. Many people do not get enough sunlight which is a natural source of Vitamin D. Therefore, taking Vitamin D3 supplements helps in the time of COVID because studies have shown that most people with COVID are deficient in this area. I take a once-a-week tablet that contains 50,000 IU. Some doctors suggest getting your Vitamin D between the range of 80-100. To find out where yours may be, you can request blood work from your doctor or see if they already have the information from your most recent lab results.

6.)   Vitamin K2. For Vitamin D3 to absorb into the body properly, studies have shown that Vitamin K2 is influential in helping that to take place. Therefore, I take this daily to ensure that my Vitamin D3 is properly absorbed. You can also find this many vegetables, but if you find that you do not eat enough of the daily recommended amount, you can use a supplement. Once again, do your research to see if this would be beneficial to you, especially if you are on a blood-thinner.

7.)   Milk Thistle. I am adding this to my supplement regime. The other night, God placed this in my mind during the night before I compiled this list for you all. I did some research and found that this supplement helps with cleansing the liver. So many poisons enter our bodies, and few people think to detoxify our liver. Therefore, do your research and see if this supplement would be of benefit to you.

8.)   Vitex. Numerous women have female issues surrounding menopause, menstrual, and fertility. This supplement has been known to help women dealing with such matters. I have found it to be very helpful. If you are a female who may have fibroids, menstrual issues, or other related problems, do your research and see if this supplement would benefit you.

9.)   Calcium. Many of us do not get the daily calcium that we need. Even if we were to drink a gallon of milk, it still might not provide enough to help our bones as we get older. Therefore, I take a calcium supplement to help provide the calcium I need. There is one thing to know, however, when it comes to this supplement. Studies show that it should be taken with Vitamin D, which helps it be absorbed into the body. Once again, do your research to see if this would be beneficial to you.

10.)  Sea Moss. This supplement has been found to help strengthen immunity, act as an anti-inflammatory, hypertension reducer, lower high cholesterol, control blood sugar control, and much more. Although it has many benefits, you must do your research to see if it would be beneficial for you.

11.)  Iodine. This supplement is helpful with regulating metabolic and thyroid functions. It also helps the brain, protects the body from toxins, acts as a natural antiseptic, helps the brain, stabilizes mood, and more. Some of this is found in sea salt at grocery stores, but this can be taken as a stand-alone supplement. Do your research to see if it would be beneficial for you.

12.)  Potassium. Unless you are getting enough of this in fruits, berries, vegetables, and other foods, you may be lacking in this. Therefore, adding this to your daily regime may prove helpful in your overall help. It has been shown to reduce risks for strokes, increase bone density, help with muscle cramping, kidney stones, and more. Do your research to see if this supplement would be needed for you.

13.)  Probiotics. According to a Harvard study, probiotics help improve digestive and gut health, women’s vaginal health, urinary tract, and has other great benefits. Do your research to see if this would be of benefit to you.

14.)  Turmeric. I love to cook with Tumeric, but it also has great health benefits. Nevertheless, use cautiously to not incur any side effects due to its high potency. Turmeric helps to reduce inflammation, lowers the risk of heart disease, may help prevent cancer, arthritis, and much more. Once again, do your research to see if this would be beneficial for you.

The FDA does not allow supplement manufactures to claim that their supplements can “cure” anything. Nevertheless, many people, including myself, can attest to the things God has placed on the earth for our benefit. Therefore, read, ask questions, research, and most importantly, seek the Lord for guidance.  The Bible says: “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him” (James 1:5).
