Corinthians 7:14 If my people, which are called by
my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from
their wicked ways; then I will hear.
We are in a time when
prophecy is quickly being fulfilled in the world. People are asleep and like
the virgins in the Bible, are not prepared for what is coming. Our government
calls right, wrong and wrong, right. People are afraid to take a stand for what’s
right for fear of “offending” some other group. Atheist and their ungodly
beliefs have been able to take prayers out of school, out of government, out of
the military and media. The government is okaying gay marriage across the
country and schools are teaching your children about having two mommies and two
daddies.
Instead of teaching
Godly values, the social elite have pumped up sex, drugs, murder, and all types
of garbage that flushes mainstream minds. There is now an increasing problem
with saying anything about God out in public because of sensitive, evil and
demonic minds, but there’s nothing wrong with showing half-naked women,
same-sex couples, and violence in videos and media programming, which are
corrupting the minds of many.
There’s been a huge
backlash to saying, “Merry Christmas” and “God bless you” in public for fear of
getting written up on many jobs and even kicked out of schools, while cursing
like a sailor is permissible, promoting hatred and being sympathetic to Islamic
views are encouraged.
What is wrong with this
country? What is wrong with the world? We have turned away from God!!! That’s
what’s wrong! Instead of telling souls that there’s a real hell if they don’t
turn to Jesus, we teach them about prosperity and financial gain. Instead of
telling souls to get their houses in order, we’re most focused on getting ours
bigger. Instead of giving the lost the vehicle they need to get to Jesus, we
make sure that we’re driving a BMW. Instead of telling gays that their
lifestyle needs to change, we avoid the subject and put our heads in the sand.
Instead of telling Islamist that JESUS is the only way to heaven, we say, “Let’s
all get along” and water down the blood for which He died.
We are going to pay for
not sounding the alarm. We are going to have blood on our hands if we don’t
tell souls what they need to hear instead of what they want to hear. It’s not
judging if we say what the Bible says and yes, we all have sinned. However,
there’s a difference in what the Christian has, by way of confessing it to God,
and the unbeliever not knowing that there is even a need to repent.
How can we be more
concerned about filling up seats on earth rather than filling empty slots in
heaven? How can we know people around us every day are headed to hell, but find
it more comfortable to stay silent than to speak truth? How have we allowed our
nation to make laws that goes against God with all the Christians who live in
the United States? Why is it that the churches have become the followers
instead of us being the leaders?
Why is it that certain
church leaders only raise their heads when there’s a race issue, but those same
leaders go hide in a corner when there’s a God issue? Why is it that churches
spend more time speaking on money than they do about Christ’s soon return? Could
it be that we are so caught up with this world down here that we have forgotten
about what’s up there? Have we forgotten that we are not down here to stay, but
our destination is supposed to be getting ready for the soon coming of the
Lord?
Wake up church! Stop
falling asleep when we should be alert!
You want to know what’s wrong with this nation? It
is US! We have been silent when we should have been singing about sin like a
Canary. We have been worried more about
being popular than telling what’s right. Our government has been able to make
laws against God because we have set back in silence and only complained within
the 4 walls. We have been more concerned about getting a larger check than to
make sure that we’re in check. God help us! We are no better than the crooks
that are in government because WE have allowed it to happen. How dare we be
comfortable with our titles and calling ourselves saints when the devil is in
active recruitment for followers. We
must repent! God help us!
