SATURDAY PRAYER – (07DEC19)

SATURDAY PRAYER – (07DEC19) Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you Lord for allowing us to come before your presence one more time. We want to give you praise and honor for who you are and we appreciate the Gift that you gave to us by sending your Son, Jesus, to take our place and die for our sins. We are grateful to you Lord for leaving your heavenly home, to become a servant although you are our King. A holiday season cannot praise you as our hearts, minds, and souls can as we surrender them to you. You are more than just a day. You are the Lord and Love of our lives each and every day.

Lord, we ask that you will forgive us from all of our transgressions. We know that we have all sinned and fallen short of your glory, so we ask that you cover us with your blood as we try to follow you. We ask that you will forgive us as a nation because we are in constant disobedience to you and know that we are guilty of committing horrible acts against you and especially against your innocent ones in the womb. We have fallen as a nation under you and we are wicked as Israel of old was when you punished them through the Assyrians and Babylonians. Nevertheless, there are those who are in this nation who have a heart and longing to do what is right in your eyes. Please hear our prayers and do not give us the fullness of the judgments that we deserve. Please be merciful to us and even when you must rebuke, please remember your mercy upon us.

Lord, please be with our military men and women who have dedicated their lives in service to this nation. Be with them on their ships, aircrafts, submarines, and on shore. Those who are not saved, please touch their hearts and allow for them to accept you as their Lord and Savior. Please be with those who are saved and allow for your Light to shine on the inside out for others to see not them, but you through them. We pray for those in this nation and around the world who have not accepted you as their Savior. We intercede on their behalf so that you can do a work in their lives. The devil is trying to take as many souls away from you as he can. We pray that no one is able to be snatched from your mighty hands.

Lord, we pray for the comatose church who is still in a deep slumber as to the times that we are in. We pray that you will awaken them so that they will be the body that you have called for us to be. We ask that those in leadership who are not your true shepherds, that they will be exposed and those who are for you will rise to the occasion to lead your people properly with all due diligence and humility. We pray for the persecuted Christians in various parts of the world who are suffering for your Name’s sake. We ask for their divine protection and that you will meet every need and concern that they may have.

We pray for the children and ask that you will be merciful to them with your abounding love. So many are not being taught the right way because of their parents’ failure to honor you, so we pray that you will work on the parents and be the Caretaker to the children as well. We pray against the abortions that are killing your innocent ones and we pray against the distribution of their lifeless bodies. You were forming them in their mothers’ wombs when their lives were taken and we ask for your mercy upon these babies who are dying senselessly every day due to the selfishness of many parents.

Lord, we pray that everyone who has a need, you will meet them rather its for healing, family, children, marriages, jobs, finances, or whatever concern they have. Please touch them right now and be their Guidance Counselor, Therapist, Physician, Accountant, and Shepherd. We ask all of these things in your Son’s name, Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
