SATURDAY PRAYER (24AUG19)

SATURDAY PRAYER – (24AUG19) Our Most Dear and Gracious Father, we come to you this day with a lot on our hearts and minds. But first, we want to thank you for the many blessings that you have done for us and through us. We thank you for being ever so faithful even when we were not faithful to you. We give to you the praise, honor, and glory for all that you have been to us in our lives. Lord, we ask that if we have done anything that is displeasing to you, that you will forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Today, we have some requests that we would like to place before you. We know that we can petition and ask you for all sorts of things, and that your Word says you will hear from Heaven and answer us. We ask that you will be with our dear sister who desires for her husband to come to you. She needs your help in softening his heart, so that he will be receptive to not his will, but yours. We pray that he will have a personal encounter with you, so that he will be fully submitted and totally sold out for you. We ask that your will, not his, be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

We pray for our other sister whose daughter is in the military training for the defense of our nation. We ask that you will give them both safe traveling mercies, so that when their time is complete, they will be able to return safely to their homes. We pray on behalf of her two sons. They are both in need of you, and they need to know you as the Lord and Savior of their lives. We pray for her husband’s endurance and patience as he tends to the need of his father, and we pray for their house to sell. We pray that the right buyer will come their way and make an offer that is fair for all parties involved to be happy with.

We pray for those who are in despair, and are waiting for promises that you have made to be fulfilled in their lives. We pray for their endurance and that their faith will not dwindle, but will remain steadfast and unmovable. We pray for those who are depressed, suffer from anxiety, PTSD, and other ailments that would affect their ability to serve you in total joy. We pray for the sick, elderly, widows, orphans, grieving and homeless. We ask that you will provide for them and care for their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.

Lord, we pray for the lost. We pray that more believers would be on fire to win them over to you, and allow for their hearts to be receptive to accepting you as their Savior. We pray for the compromised church to awaken, so that we can be a bride without spot or wrinkle. We ask for you to save those in our government who do not acknowledge you right now, but will later do so. We pray for the safety of our military, police, and other first responders. We ask that you will provide a hedge of protection around them daily. There is so much more that we can pray for, but we ask that you will answer our prayers and even the unspoken of those who do not post them. We ask all these things in your Son’s name, Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
