SATURDAY PRAYER 03AUG19)

SATURDAY PRAYER – (03AUG19) Our Most Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to you this day with gratefulness for allowing us to make it through another week. We know that we could not have done anything without your hand upon our lives and we just want to say, “Thank you!” We thank you for shelter, food, clothes, health, soundness of mind, and for having family, friends, and associates. We have so much to be grateful for that we often take for granted, but when we look at those who are without, and/or living in poverty-stricken nations, we have a lot to be thankful for. Lord, we ask that you will forgive us from all of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We desire to be more like you, and we know that sin separates us from you, but the blood of Jesus saves us. We ask that you will make sin distasteful to us, and that whatever displeases you will also displease us.

Lord, we pray for those who have a need right now. We pray that you will meet every spoken and unspoken need that we and others may have. We pray for those who need help with the housing market. Some wish to sell and others wish to stay put. We ask that your will be done in those situations. For those trying to sell, we pray that you will help their home to be market-ready with no problems for future buyers. We pray that everything works properly and that you will be Mr. Fix-it for the things that are not in proper working order. We pray for those who are in the valley of decision when it comes to moving or staying. You know what your plans are for their lives, and we pray that you will allow them to hear your voice clearly as to the decisions they have to make. We pray for those who are elderly and that you will bring healing in their bodies.. With age, often comes a decline in health, but you allowed Moses’ eyes to not grow dim in his old age, so we pray for optimal health for those who need your healing power.

We pray for the homeless, orphans, babies in danger of abortion, widows, sick, and depressed. We pray that you will be with them all, and for those who do not have a voice of their own, we pray that you will receive our voice on behalf of theirs and protect, encourage, guide, lead, and uplift all of these people and children who may fall into any of these categories. Where there are people who can help, we pray that you will lead them to those who are in need of their assistance. We pray that every demonic temple that aims to kill your innocent children be destroyed. We know that you are the giver of life and that you gave your own life so that we may live. We pray against those who wish to harm your innocent ones and we ask that the parents who are contemplating such a matter rethink what they are doing to the innocent life that is within their womb.

We pray for the church and that those who are operating within your will remain strong, but those who are leading your people astray will be brought down to their knees with all due humility. We pray for our divided government. We pray that justice will not escape the criminal masterminds of this nation and that justice will prevail for all who go against your ordained laws. From the one with money to the poor, we ask that they will adhere to your justice system and not the corrupt system that man has established. We pray for the protection of our leaders, service men and women, peace officers, and your innocent children. We pray that your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We ask all of these things in your Son’s name, Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
