SATURDAY PRAYER (10AUG19)

SATURDAY PRAYER – (10AUG19) Our most Dear and Heavenly Father, we come to you this day to thank you for what you have done in our lives and to seek your face. We are so grateful for all the blessings that you have given to us, and there is not a day go by that we are not blessed to be your chosen sons and daughters. We thank you for the gift of life, and most importantly, the Eternal Gift of Life that you gave to us through your Son, Jesus Christ, when He died on the cross for our sins. It was only through His blood that our sins could be washed away, and we are grateful for Him taking the debt of sin upon His shoulders, so that we may live. Lord, we ask that you will forgive us from all of our transgressions and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We thank you for allowing us to have new grace and new mercies every day that flows in abundance from your throne.

Lord, we want to pray for those who are ill and need your healing power. We pray for our dear sister’s father-in-law who has pneumonia. We humbly ask that you will allow for the medications that he has received to work in His body, but even more so, we ask that you will do what neither medications nor doctors can do. You made our bodies where they were able to work in accordance to your will, and even though we live in a fallen world, you are not a fallen God. So, we thank you in advanced that your will will be accomplished in your servant’s life. We also pray for all of those who are on their sick beds in hospitals, nursing facilities, hospice, homes, or wherever they may be. We pray that you will give them a physical healing in their bodies, but if not physically, then in their minds.

We pray for those who recently lost loved ones to violence. There are so many people grieving right now, and not all deaths make it on the evening news. Nevertheless, we know that you see all, and that you are near the brokenhearted. We pray for those within this nation to repent and turn their hearts back to you. We are seeing many things being allowed to take place as a result of our rebellion. We cannot expect peace without the Prince of Peace being invited to come back in. Therefore, we know that wickedness will only increase across the land, but even so, we pray that souls will be saved and know that you are their only hope.

We pray for the innocent children and against those who would want to do them harm. We know that the devil comes to kill, steal and destroy, and that he does not care what ages he harms. The younger his victims are, the more he enjoys it, and this is why he wants to kill those in the womb. We pray that you will change the hearts of those who desire to murder your innocent ones and to come to the knowledge that you are a God of life and not death.

Lord, we pray that righteousness will be established once again across this land even in the midst of judgment. We know that you desire that no one would be lost, but everyone would turn their hearts to you. We understand that the only everlasting kingdom will be yours, but we pray that individual hearts will change even if the nation goes under. We know that Bible prophecy must be fulfilled and that your will must be done for your soon return. We pray for our government, family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and enemies. May they find you while you are still to be found. We pray all of these things in your Son’s name, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
