Rejection of God's Messengers (Notes from Broadcast)

Rejection of God’s Messengers

1.) INTRO—Ways Modern Christians can Be Deceived (Testing the words of a true prophet) 04:19

Test the Spirit of God’s Messengers
1 John 4:1-3 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. (NIV)

A Watchman must do as God Says

Ezekiel 33:1-20 The word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, speak to your people and say to them; ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head. Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. But if the watchmen sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’ “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.

When I say to the wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the wicked person to turn from their ways and they do not do so, they will die for their sin, though you yourself will be saved. “Son of man, say to the Israelites, ‘This is what you are saying: “Our offenses and sins weigh us down, and we are wasting away because of them. How then can we live?” ’ Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’ “Therefore, son of man, say to your people, ‘If someone who is righteous disobeys, that person’s former righteousness will count for nothing. And if someone who is wicked repents, that person’s former wickedness will not bring condemnation. The righteous person who sins will not be allowed to live even they were formerly righteous. ‘ If I tell a righteous person that they will surely live, but then they trust in their righteousness and do evil, none of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered; they will die for the evil they have done. And if I say to a wicked person, “ you will surely die,’ but they then turn from their sin and do what is just and right—if they give back what they took in pledge for a loan, return what they have stolen, follow the decrees that give life, and do evil—that person will surely live; they will not die. None of the sins that person committed will be remembered against them. They have done what is just and right; they will surely live. “Yet your people say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ But it is their way that is not just. If a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, they will die for it. And if a wicked person turns away from their wickedness and does what it just and right, they will live by doing so. Yet you Israelites say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ But I will judge each of you according to your own ways.” (NIV)

Ephesians 4:11-13 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. (NIV)

2.) BREAK—America Will Collapse by 2016 11:31
(We are hitting a Crisis in this country and God has called “Watchmen” to sound the Alarm and prepare for judgment. God’s people must be prepared!!! We are the Titanic and have hit the iceberg. We are going down soon!)

5-Fold Ministry

Ephesians 2:19-21 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. (NIV)
2 Timothy 3:14-17 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (NIV)
Hebrews 6:1-3 Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, instruction about cleansing rites, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And God permitting, we will do so. (NIV)

Mocking God’s Messengers

2 Chronicles 36:15-17 The Lord, the God of their ancestors, sent word to them through his messengers again and again, because he had pity on his people and on his dwelling place. But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his prophets until the wrath of the Lord was aroused against his people and there was no remedy. He brought up against them the king of the Babylonians, who killed their young men with the sword in the sanctuary, and did not spare young men or young women, the elderly or the infirm God gave them all into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar. (NIV)

2 Kings 2:23-24 From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some boys came out of the town and jeered at him. “Get out of here, baldy!” they said. “Get out of here, baldy!” He turned, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the Lord. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the boys. (NIV)
Matthew 13:53-58 When Jesus had finished these parables, he moved on from there. Coming to his hometown, he began teaching the people in their synagogue, and they were amazed. “Where did this man get this wisdom and these miraculous powers?” they asked. “Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary, and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? Aren’t all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?’ And they took offense at him. But Jesus said the them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home.” And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith. (NIV)

3.) BREAK—2016 Obama plans to take America down 07:59

The Obama administration has be allowed by God to pronounce judgment on the land. The church needs to help win souls for the sake of the kingdom. Isaiah 59:1-21

Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. (John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.) But your iniquities have separated you from God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. (Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?) For your hands are stained with blood (Pastors who have molested children), your fingers with guilt (Churches who have covered it up). Your lips have spoken falsely (Those have exposed the truth about our government have been attacked for their truth), and your tongue mutters wicked things (Deceiving Politicians). No one calls for justice (Many Pastors will not stand up for anything, but rather stay securely behind their pulpits of safety); no one pleads a case with integrity (Supreme Court refuses to disallow same sex marriage). They rely on empty arguments (LGBT say they need equal rights when their acts go against the word of God.), they utter lies (LGBT have rewritten the word of God to deceive many); they conceive trouble and give birth to evil (The music industry does evil in God’s eyes and give birth to new artists to promote their demonic agenda). They hatch the eggs of vipers and spin a spider’s web (Many faucets of evil against God is on our television screens, from sex, porn, murder, lying, bad behavior, greed, adultery and more). Whoever eats their eggs will die (Many people are brain dead because they absorb all the God-lessness on TV), and when one is broken, an adder is hatched. Their cobwebs are useless for clothing; they cannot cover themselves with what they make. Their deeds are evil deeds, and acts of violence (People killing because they are trigger happy.) are in their hands. Their feet rush into sin (Clubbing, gambling, orgies); they are swift to shed innocent blood [abortions--The doctors whose hands performs them] (Matthew 2:16 When Herod realized that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi.). They pursue evil schemes (create ways to kill off population through UN Agenda 21); acts of violence mark their ways (Gang Violence, police violence). The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace. So justice is far from us, and righteousness does not reach us (You cannot trust the justice system because right is wrong and wrong is right). We look for light, but all is darkness; for brightness, but we walk in deep shadows. Like the blind we grope along the wall, feeling our way like people without eyes (Many leaders are blind so they are the blind leading the blind). At midday we stumble as if it were twilight; among the strong, we are like the dead (We have the Word of God and yet, we act as if we cannot see). We all growl like bears; we moan mournfully like doves (We have plenty of pastors preaching feel-good sermons and hyping the people up while in their sins.) We look for justice, but find none (Racial justice, political justice); for deliverance, but it is far away. For our offenses are many in your sight, and our sins testify against us. Our offenses are ever with us, and we acknowledge our iniquities: rebellion and treachery against the Lord, turning our backs on our God, inciting revolt and oppression, uttering lies our hearts have conceived. So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter. Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice. He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm achieved salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him. He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head; he put on the garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak. According to what they have done, so will he repay wrath to his enemies and retribution to his foes; he will repay the islands their due. From the west, people will fear the name of the Lord, and from the rising of the sun, they will revere his glory. For he will come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the Lord drives along. “The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,” declares the Lord. “As for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the Lord. “My Spirit, who is on you, will not depart from you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendants—from this time on and forever,” says the Lord.
