SATURDAY PRAYER – (18JAN20)

SATURDAY PRAYER – (18JAN20) Our most Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to you on this Saturday to give thanks for all your many blessings that you have bestowed upon us from the least to the greatest. We do not take for granted all that you have done for us, but in the event that we have, we ask that you will forgive us. Lord, we ask that you will wash anything that is not like you lurking on the inside of us and make us anew. Please, forgive us from all of our sins so that we may shine brightly as your true body. 

Lord, there are many who have lost loved ones, friends, family, associates, and know of others who are going through a time of grief. We ask that you will be ever so near to the people who are left behind. Please cover them during their grieving process and give them encouragement that death is not the end for those who are saved. If there are any who are lost, please allow for the passing of their loved one to be a reminder that they should get to know you before their time is up on earth as well. May they all have your peace that surpasses understanding. 

We pray for those who are on their sick beds, death beds, in mental health facilities, nursing homes, prisons, jails, rehab facilities, and youth detention centers. We pray that you will be with them Lord because there is not one person who does not need you, and so we ask that you will be a comfort to them in whatever capacity they may need you. 

Lord, we pray against the abortions that are taking place in this nation and abroad. Everyday, a life is being taken needlessly, and we know that you hate the shedding of innocent blood. We stand with you against every demonic temple in the form of Planned Parenthood who has Satan as their CEO. We pray that you will disband this demonic organization and that those who are participating in the work of the evil one in sacrificing children to Molech would cease and desist in Jesus’ name. All life matters to you rather inside or outside of the womb and we will continue to pray against these abominations of selling baby body parts and their murders as long as this continues. 

We pray against the sexualization of your youth and young adults. We ask that you will convict them of what your original design was for a man and woman, and that there is no confusion in you regarding gender and sexuality. You ordained marriage to be between one man and one woman. So we ask that you will convict the hearts of these people who are living in a world of confusion. We pray against any adult who would take advantage of a child by taking away their innocence and we ask that the guilty will be found out, but even in their prison cell, they will turn their heart to you. 

We pray for the persecuted Christians across the world. The blood of the martyrs cries out to you Lord for justice, but we pray for those who are still going through that you will deliver and set free. We pray even for their captors to come to accept you by the witness of the ones whom they have killed as you did with Paul.

Lord, we intercede on behalf of our government. We know that we are living in serious times and that our government is very much divided. We know that there will not be peace until the Prince of peace returns, but we still pray for cooler heads in the midst of potentially heated situations. We ask for your will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Please, be with the homeless, brokenhearted, distraught, depressed, and those without hope. We ask for all of these things as we give you praise, honor and glory in your Son’s name, Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
