SATURDAY
PRAYER – (11JAN20) Most
Gracious Heavenly Father, we come to you this day and thank you for your
goodness in our lives. We thank you for all the love, mercy, and grace that you
have shown to us. We could not have made it this far without you, so we want to
acknowledge you as being the One who has carried us along life’s journey. We know
that sometimes we fall short, so we ask that you will forgive us for any sins
in our actions, thoughts, and deeds towards others where we have not represented
you well and forgive us from all unrighteousness. Please purify us by cleansing
the sin out of our lives, so we may walk in holiness in accordance to your will.
Help us to die to self daily as we become more like you. Please repair our
marred vessels and allow us to operate in full perfection as we become tools
for your complete use. We thank you that we are not were we used to be, but we
ask you to help us to be all that you would have us to be.
Lord, we
pray for your people who are going through various trials and tribulations. We
ask for strength, wisdom, encouragement, and favor to move in your will. Please
help us to have an increased alertness to the sound of your voice and to know
when it is you speaking from that of a stranger. We ask that you will open our
eyes to see and our ears to hear through the Spirit as to the direction that
you would have for us to take. Please give us discernment to know when to speak
and when to refrain, when to do and when to withhold, and when to go forth or
when to wait. Allow for us to know what is in your perfect will and not just
your permissive will as we desire to be perfected in you.
Lord, we
pray for the families of this nation who have loved ones in the armed forces.
We ask that you will cover them as well as those who are serving our nation. The
military families may not have on a uniform, but they are sacrificing in other
ways due to being apart from their loved ones. Please grant them peace of mind,
strength, and comfort until they see their loved ones again and beyond. We pray
that you will watch over our service men and women who may be in harms’ way to
defend our nation. We pray for the first responders, peace officers, clergy,
and others who are at the scene when people need help. Please guard them Lord
and allow your mighty angels to surround them.
Lord, we pray
for those who are having trouble in their health, families, jobs, finances,
mental state, and spiritual walk. We ask that you will meet every single need
that they have and intercede on their behalf. We ask that you grace them with
blessings that can come from no one but you. Also, please protect the children and
watch over them for many encounter unimaginable dangers inside and outside of
the womb. We pray against the plans of the enemy for their lives and ask that
you will reach down from Heaven and shield them under your wings.
We pray for
this nation. We pray that your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We know
that Bible prophecy must be fulfilled, but we pray for your mercy to save those
who are still lost and have not found their way. We ask that you will cover our
leaders and lead those who are unsaved to salvation.
Lord, we
pray against destructive relationships. You posed the question in you Word: “How
can two walk together unless they have agreed to do so?” We ask that any
relationships that are not ordained by you will be rectified by you. We pray
against the spirit of narcissism, abuse, manipulation, and control. We know
that these are tactics of the enemy, for he prowls around like a lion seeking
whom he can devour. He uses instruments of various kinds to keep unhealthy soul
ties and demonic spirits attached to those who you desire to be delivered. We
ask that you will break the chains of bondage from which you sent your son
Jesus to free us from. Deliver and set free those who are in situations that
are not of you. Mend those relationships that are ordained by you and free
those who are not of you from the devil’s claws so they may see clearly the
plans you have for their lives.
We love you
Lord and we know that you hear us when we pray. We know that our prayers are a
sweet incense before you. We are confident in you and only in you do we place
our trust. We praise, honor, and give you all the glory in your Son’s name,
Jesus, Yeshua Hamashiach. Amen.
