SATURDAY
PRAYER – (12OCT19) Our most gracious Heavenly Father, we come to you this day
with a thanks on our lips to honor you for all that you have done for us. Thank
you for allowing us to make it through yet another week. We thank you for
shelter, food, clothes, and other things that you have blessed us to have. We
could have nothing without you, and we are ever so grateful. Lord, we ask for
your forgiveness in whatever sins we have committed against you and against others.
We know that we are sinners only saved by grace and that without the work that
you did for us on the cross, we would have been eternally lost. We thank you
Jesus for dying for our sins and restoring us back to the Father.
Lord, we pray for those who are in need of your healing
power. We know that by your stripes, we are able to claim our healing in
accordance to your will, for nothing in impossible with you. We pray for those
who have dealings in the court system. We ask that you will work things out
between those who were not able to come into an agreement on their own. We ask
that the attorneys, judge, mediators, and/or other legal personnel will be fair
in their dealings with both parties. We know that you are our Advocate, so we pray
for you to stand for those in need of you right now. We pray for unsaved family
members, so they will not be lost in the end and will turn their hearts to you.
Not only do we pray for our unsaved family members, but we pray for all who are
lost and have not come to the knowledge of who you are. We pray for their soul salvation.
We ask that you will be with the persecuted Christians. Many
are being abused and slaughtered in various parts of the world. Please surround
them with your arms of love and if their time on earth is done, we pray that
they will pass peacefully into eternity without feeling any pain while in this
physical body. You did it for Stephen in the Bible, and we know that you will do
it for them.
We pray for this nation. We have sinned against you with our
abortions, gay marriage, pornography, greed on Wall Street and in the church,
injustices, drug abuse, alcohol misuse, child sacrifice, and so much more. We
are a wicked and vile nation who does not deserve your grace and mercy. Yet, we
know that if we humble ourselves, you will show mercy even in the midst of
judgment. We pray for our president, vice president, and other government
leaders to humble themselves before you. We are no longer a united nation and
we know that we have brought this on ourselves. Lord, have mercy on us.
Lord, we pray for your remnant to arise and do the work that
you have called and set us apart to do in this late hour. We know that it is
not about being comfortable on earth, but making preparations for your kingdom.
Please clean our hearts and minds, so that we may have the deepest desire to
follow you. We pray for all of these things in your Son’s name, Jesus, Yeshua
Hamashiach. Amen.
