God's Judgment

Joel 3:1-2 "In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat There I will put them on trial for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel because they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land. (NIV)

          America is no longer the home of the free and the home of the brave. America is changing and it is not for the better. We are seeing an increasing slaughter of American freedoms and rights. We are being punished for the Godlessness that have become a part of our nation. There will no longer be peace, but there will be a false sense of security. Did anyone notice that this year's Independence Day did not seem as celebratory as years' past? If you didn't notice, I suggest that you start reading your Bible and asking God to enlighten you as to what is about to take place within the United States. Ask God to show you what is now taking place all over the world. We are getting ready to have a destruction like we have never seen in our lives. The time of the Lord is at hand. He is warning us...He has warned us. Time is running out. We will see many things take place during our lifetime that was prophesied in the Bible, which we have never seen before, but only read about. 1 Thessalonians 5:1-4 Now, brothers and sisters, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for  you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, "Peace and safety" destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. It is not by chance that we are being lead by an anti-God leader in this country. Obama was allowed to get into office to pass God's judgment on the land just as Nebuchadnezzar was meant to take the Israelites as captives to Babylon. Jeremiah 28:14 This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: I will put an iron yoke on the necks of all these nations to make them serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and they will serve him. I will even give him control over the wild animals.' " (NIV) We have our first one-man government in office. America has its first king in the capital. We no longer have a system of checks and balances. Our Senate and House of Representatives have hid their faces under the tables, while an earthquake is taking place in the White House. Our Constitution is no longer worth the paper that it was printed on. It has been totally trampled on and a new self-imposed legal system by way of executive orders with the stroke of the pen has been formed. America is falling. Jeremiah 51:6-9 "Flee from Babylon! Run for your lives! do not be destroyed because of her sins. It is time for the Lord's vengeance; he will repay her what she deserves. Babylon was a gold cup in the Lord's hand; she made the whole earth drunk. The nations drank her wine; therefore they have now gone mad. Babylon will suddenly fall and be broken. Wail over her! Get balm for her pain; perhaps she can be healed. " 'We would have healed Babylon, but she cannot be healed; let us leave her and each go to our own land, for her judgment reaches to the skies, it rises as high as the heavens.' (NIV)

          Obama has "dared" anyone to do anything. Those who know that he has committed crimes against humanity have remained silent, while complaining amongst themselves. Yes, they will throw around the words impeachment, socialist, and other words--just to name a few. However, they act as if they are too afraid to stand against the tyranny that is taking place right before their eyes. Yes, Obama has the anti-Christ spirit if he is not the anti-Christ himself. However, he is just a puppet for the beast that is controlling him. Could it be the globalist, the elite, the New World Order creators behind the scene who are actually pulling his strings and he is just the front man? Obama just recently stated, "You hear some of them--'sue him.' Really? Really? For what?," Obama said in Austin. "You're going to sue me for doing my job? Okay." He has pretty much dared them to do anything. Well, I suppose that it is working because all they are doing is "Talking." This reminds me of what was written in Daniel 7:8 "While I was thinking about the horns, there before me was another horn, a little one, which came up among them; and three of the first horn were uprooted before it. This horn had eyes like the eyes of a human being and a mouth that spoke boastfully. (NIV) How many times have we heard the famous words of Obama boasting that he didn't need Congress because he could just sign things by executive order with the stroke of the pen?

         

           It is amazing that his hometown (within the U.S.) Chicago is one of the top crime cities in America. Chicago actually has some of the strictest gun control laws in the state and yet one of the highest murder rates. So much for gun control...huh? Many believe that it is purposed to disarm the American people so that we would be totally defenseless Of course we are more dangerous than the terrorist that have more than likely crossed our borders due to there being relatively no patrol there. While Americans are being patted down and groped at our airports, illegals without any type of documentation other than a piece of paper are being allowed to fly the friendly skies. What has this administration come to? Signs of the times people! However, as mentioned before, there is judgment on the land of America and Bible prophecy is being fulfilled right in front of our eyes.

          Satan has come into America and totally destroyed what little moral it once had. However, his victory is only temporary and has not been a total success because there are still many Christians who are trying their best to uphold the moral laws of God. Unfortunately, that will not be enough to prevent the catastrophe that will soon befall this country. And though it may be unfortunate while on this earth, we have more to look forward to. We are able to see firsthand the Bible being fulfilled and know that Jesus' arrival is SOON. Yes, many may say that they have heard this for years, however as we watch what is taking place over in Israel, that is the clock for us to go by. Israel is God's watch as a pastor just recently stated so that all can go by. 
Ezekiel 37:22 And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. And one king shall be king over them all, an they shall be no loner two nations, and no longer divided into two kingdoms. (NIV)

          There is so much going on in the world that we can barely keep it written. However, we must be watchful because the day of the Lord is near. Matthew 24:42 "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come." (NIV)

Marriage and the Single's Wait on God

Genesis 2:24  That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is untied to his wife, and they become one flesh. (NIV)

          In the United States, a poll was done by the Professional Psychology department in Springfield, Missouri in regards to divorce and here are the statistics as follow:

50% of first marriages end in divorce.

67% of second marriages end in divorce.

74% of third marriages end in divorce.

These are the overall statistics that was done. For the sake of space on this blog, I cannot get into the specifics of each one, but the numbers here are troublesome to say the least. Marriage seems to be something that many people do not take seriously. However, when there is a breakdown in the marriage then there becomes a  breakdown in the family, which in turn becomes a breakdown in society constituting a breakdown in the nation. When this happens, everyone pays the cost in one way or another. Much of this is paid by means of tax payer money into the welfare system due to poverty, the prison system due to crime, and increasingly single- parent families being forced to do things on their own; therefore, destroying the traditional family structure.

           What was God’s purpose of marriage? Does God still desire for marriage to take place today? Does God provide mates for single men and women? What happens if a person doesn’t wait on God? How does marriage coincide with our relationship with Christ? Why does God call us His bride? What are the grounds for divorce? Is it okay to test the “goods” prior to marriage? What should singles be on the lookout for when waiting for God to send a spouse? These are a few of the questions that we are going to address thoroughly in this blog so let dive in to see what the word of God has to say. 

          In the beginning, God created a beautiful world for His people to enjoy. There were trees, oceans, birds, plants and creatures of every kind. He gave Adam the job of tending to the garden and naming all the creatures that He had created. After this, God created a helpmate for Adam. He took a rib from Adam’s side and created Eve. Genesis 2:21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.” (NIV) If you noticed, God took the rib from Adam’s side and not his back or any other part of his body. Eve was to walk alongside Adam and be a helper to him. Because of the partnership that they were to have, Adam named her “woman” which includes the word “man” in it because she was part of him. God created a special mate for Adam after He had given him a job and directions about the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil...not before.

          Marriage is to be taken serious, but too many people are not marrying with God in the center and when that takes place, it is a recipe for disaster. God created marriage, but man has corrupted it. Hebrews 13:4 Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure,  for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. (NIV) God wanted marriage to be taken serious because it represents the relationship that we have with Him. God calls us (the church) His bride and just as the covenant between a man and a woman is not to be broken, so is our relationship with God. Revelation 19:7-9 Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean,  was given her to wear." (fine linen stands for the righteous acts of God's holy people.) Then the angel said to me, "Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!" And he added, "These are the true words of God." (NIV) God desires for us to be committed to Him and therefore, when a man and woman decide to get married, that is a commitment that should never be taken lightly. 

         The question that many singles face is rather or not God has a mate in store for them? Well, first let's go over a few verses that tells us God's desire for our lives. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future." (NIV) God always desires for His children to have the absolute best. However, due to sin, God's best for us was corrupted by no means of His own, but through the plots and schemes of the enemy. Therefore, what God wanted for His children in the beginning was tarnished because of sin. As a result, God sent His Son to die through a selfless act of love, which gave us the chance at a perfect life in Heaven that we otherwise woudn't have received.  God want us to live happy and fulfilled lives with people who love us. This is why God ordained marriage so that we wouldn't be alone, but would have companions to share our love with and children to adore and populate the world. Now this doesn't mean that it was God's desire for everyone to marry. You must pray and ask God for the will that He has for YOUR life. Matthew 19:10 The disciples said to him, "If this is the situation between a husband and wife, it is better not to marry." Jesus replied, "Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given. For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others--and these are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it." (NIV) God does not have it in His plan for everyone to marry. For some, He has given the gift of singleness for the benefit of the Kingdom. A person must ask God's perfect will in this matter and then be able to accept whatever that will is. The Apostle Paul was such a person who was fully dedicated to the work of God and therefore, was not married. 

1 Corinthians 7:7  I wish that all of you were as I am. But each one of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that gift. (NIV) God has given some people the gift of singleness, but if that is not the gift that God has given to you, then that means He will give you a mate. However, the key to it is waiting on Him to give you that mate and not going ahead of God. 

           Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. (NKJV) As a single person, the waiting process is not always easy and can be a challenge in many ways. However, God tells us to wait on Him and He will give us the strength that we need to be a successful Christian single. God wants us to chase after Him prior to getting that mate. God desires that we have a healthy and strong relationship with Him because there will be challenges that even with marriage, we will still need His guidance. Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (NIV) We are to be God Chasers until He brings that special person into our lives. Now, many people in the world think that you must take matters into your own hands. However, regardless of how you decide to do things by being the pursuer or the one being pursued, make sure to PRAY before making life-long decisions that can have life-long consequences.  Failure to wait on God because you were impatient and decided to do things your way could land you and your future generations in turmoil as with the case of Abraham and Sarah with regards to Hagar, Ishmael, and Isaac. 

          As a single, there is plenty of temptation that will come your way. This is why it is not wise to date people who are not on the same Christian path as you. If you are a Christian and living a pure Godly life, do not date someone who doesn't believe in doing the same thing and is not living that life as well. 2 Corinthians 6: 14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. for what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? (NIV) Many people take this scripture to mean that you are not to be yoked with just unbelievers, but being unequally yoked could also mean people within the same faith. If you decide to date a person who is a good church attender, but does not have a relationship with God, that person is unequally yoked with you. Therefore, the relationship will not work because one will be pulling the other in a different direction. If a "self-proclaimed" Christian is trying to entice you to break God's law by doing things contrary to God's will while dating, you best believe that they will do the same thing should you marry them. Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? (NIV)

          While being a Christian single, it is important to stay away from sexual temptation. God does not want us to defile our bodies with sexual sin. 1 Corinthians 6:15-20 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never! Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, "The two will become one flesh." But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit. Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. (NIV) We do not want to unite ourselves with just anyone. God is the only one with Whom we should be united with at this time UNTIL He sends us a mate. Even then, God is the One who should REIGN SUPREME in our lives at all times  as well as the mate He sends. If Jesus isn't LORD over your life now, how can He be LORD over your marriage in the future?

         So what are some things to look out for when dating and looking for a potential mate? Okay, first of all, check to see if that person has a RELATIONSHIP with God as mentioned before. If your potential person doesn't know God, then he/she can't possibly know you because God is on the inside of you. 1 John 1:6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. (NIV) We are to be a light for God and therefore, the mate whom God has for you will also have a light as well by living for Him. Do not make the mistake of thinking that you will be able to change that individual just because you are partnered up. If that person isn't already in relationship with God, they will have be able to have you compromise yours. Pray and ask God's wisdom in this matter so that your light will not grow dim for Christ.

          Another thing that singles should look out for is how they treat their own families. If a man does not treat his mother or other family members right, he definitely will not treat you right. This goes for women as well. Pay attention to see if they have good relationships with their families. Now in some instances, there could be other factors that may have cause strain on the relationship beyond their control. However, you can learn a lot just by listening and watching their actions. Also, listen to how they speak about past relationships that they were in. If they bad mouth the person continuously, name call, never say where they may have contributed to the breakdown of the relationship, or is still bitter over the previous breakup, you may want to take note of it because there may be some underlying issues with that individual. Also, if a person has children from a previous relationship and do not take care of their children by financial support and contact, that is a sure sign that they will not be responsible in the relationship that they are in with you. 1 Timothy 5:8 Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially their own household, has denied the faith and is worse that an unbeliever. (NIV) It matters how they treat others and then you will have an idea of how you will be treated. I tell this to ladies that if a man can form his mouth to call another woman a "B," he will use that same mouth to call you one as well. 

          Check out that person's background. If they cannot keep a job, then more than likely, you are in for a long time of financial difficulties. A person who is lazy and have no ambition in life, will not all of a sudden get some just because they are with you. You are not a miracle worker and cannot change someone magically. See if they are good with their hands, ladies. Can they fix a door, nail a picture, cut the grass, etc.? Men, can she cook a meal, iron some clothes, clean a house, etc.? Okay, some will get offended because they will say that roles have reversed. However, the Bible tell men and women what their roles are in the family. Regardless of how you decide to go about doing things, work needs to be done on BOTH sides. Proverbs 16:3 Commit yourself to work and your plans will be established. (ESV)

          See how they handle themselves in stressful situations. If the first thing they do is fly off the handle when a situation arises, there is more of where that came from. Sometimes people find themselves in abusive situations because they did not look for or ignored the signs that were shown prior to getting involved. A person who cannot control his/her anger will not make a good future partner. Yes, we all have times that we get frustrated, but there are ways to handle that frustration and taking it out on someone, animals and/or destruction of property is not one of them. If a person is abusive verbally, physically, emotionally or other, leave that relationship as soon as possible. Do not stay in a relationship that will only cause you pain in the long run. It is better to leave early than to stay for years. Proverbs 10:6 Blessings crown the head of the righteous, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked. (NIV)

          God desires the best for His children and He want us to be in Healthy relationships. Until such time that God sends you a mate, He expects us to have a relationship with Him first until that mate comes and even after that. There are so many things that can be avoided if we just wait on God and do it HIS way instead of our own. For the sake of time, this will have to be a discussion for a future blog. However, the main thing that anyone should do is to Talk To God and ask for wisdom. God promises to give wisdom to those who ask. James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. (NIV) A God-made relationship is the best relationship that one could ever have. Trust God and He will give you the desire of your heart as long as it lines up with His will.

Fast Food Churches

Acts 1:4  On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

          Week after week, many people attend churches all across the United States and other countries in the world. There are many churches who have thousands of people in attendance on any given service.  However, due to the amount of people in attendance, many churches have decided to have 1 hour services in order to accommodate the mass influx of congregants. Even though it is good to have people in attendance in order to reach souls for the Kingdom, it has often put a strain on those in ministry by having to rush the Spirit of God and not allowing Him to flow in a way that would convict, redeem, and release God’s anointing in a more powerful way. Therefore, many are being shortchanged for the sake of convenience.

          The question that may come to mind would be if there is another way that the church should operate, so that souls are not being rushed to God as in an assembly line for products? What happened to Bible studies?  Many churches have totally discarded this as part of their witnessing program and yet, some of their members do not even know what the Bible has to say on many subjects that relate to the times that we are in. The church’s need for speed has made many Christian unprepared for what is currently facing our nation and what’s to come. It seems that some pastors do not wish to teach in-depth studies as they relate to end-time events, but would prefer to repeat sermons that do not require intense study, so they often remix old sermons with new antics that play on the congregation’s emotions. Oftentimes, the people in the congregation are unaware what is really going on and that their pastors are feeding them microwave popcorn when they really could be eating kettle corn straight from the pot. 

          A way to test what I am saying is to ask your pastor if he/she would do a "series" on the book of Revelation. I employ you to do this and see if your pastor would be open to doing a study on this book as well as the book of Daniel as they relate to end time prophecy. Not many are willing to do this but some would not have a problem with it if they see that their members are wanting to understand these books. Revelation 1:3 Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of the prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near. (NIV) Let no one tell you that these books are not relevant and they are too hard for you to understand. God meant for us to understand everything that was placed in His word. Whenever Daniel didn't understand a dream that was given to him, He inquired from the ONE who gave him the dream. Daniel 7:15-16 "I, Daniel was troubled in spirit, and the visions that passed through my mind disturbed me. I approached one of those standing there and asked him the meaning of all this. "So he told me and gave me the interpretation of these things:" (NIV) Let no one tell you that God's word is not for you to understand. God sent pastors, bishops, evangelists, elders, and many more to be able to teach the word to His people and instruct them down the right path. Instead of leaders being in a rush to get their members out of the door, more time needs to be devoted to TEACHING and INSTRUCTION of the Word of God. 

2 Timothy 3:16-17 ALL Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (NIV) 

          Due to the times that we are in, there is a Church of Emergency to TEACH the word to God more than ever before. It is fine to get to come to church, but there should not be such a rush that people aren’t truly being fed the word. Jesus taught multitudes of people and they flocked to hear what He had to say. However, Jesus did not get so caught up in rushing them off that He failed to give them the tools they needed to have a relationship with His Father. Jesus ensured that He took care of their physical and spiritual needs. Matthew 14:15-21 As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, “this is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go the villages and buy themselves some food.” Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” “We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish,” they answered. “Bring them here to me,” he said. And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children. (NIV) Jesus was not in such a rush that he wanted to do a quick microwave sermon. He wanted the people to understand what He desired to teach them in accordance to the will of His Father.

 

          Now, do not get this mixed up with having extra time for praise and worship. God does love our praise and He wants to be worshiped. However, God wants His people to be taught His Word. In order to be prepared for the troublesome times that are coming, the Word needs to be taught in its entirety. Potato chip sermons is not going to give substance to the soldier who needs to be prepared for war. We  are the soldiers and we are at war with the devil. We need a full feast on the Word of God in order to have substance for our soul. Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” (NIV) Jesus had to use the Word of God to defeat the devil. Therefore, that lets us know that we must do the same in order to defend ourselves against the attacks of the devil.

          What’s most important for Christians to do is to READ THE BIBLE FOR YOURSELVES!!! I can’t emphasize this enough on these blogs and that is for people to not wait on your minsters to teach you the Word of God. You must and should study for yourselves. 2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to

God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. (NIV) God did not say to wait on the pastors to do it, you must do it for yourself. You are to have your own relationship with God. Many pastors are going to go to hell for misleading their flock and not doing what God told them to do as leaders. However, you don’t have to follow this same path. God has given us all discernment to know what is right and wrong. If your pastor is not teaching God’s word correctly or you feel that God is leading you in a different direction, ask God for clarity and wisdom so that you will not be led astray by the cons of the enemy. Church is not to be a rush even for the sake of time. Yes, there are some who have large congregations and some of them may need to create other houses of worship in order for the people to be attended to on a more personal level. That’s another topic for some other time. However, if you do not understand something in the word of God, watch other ministries online who may be teaching that topic and/or by materials that relate to the subject you need to know. Most of all, ask God for wisdom and knowledge which He has promised to give generously of. Persecution for the body of Christ is coming to the United States and other countries who have not already experienced it. The word of God needs to be instilled in your heart and mind so that you will be ready to STAND.

A Rebellious Nation

Isaiah 1:2-3 Hear me, you heavens! Listen, earth! For the Lord has spoken: “I reared children and brought them up, but they have rebelled against me. The ox knows its master, the donkey its owner’s manger, but Israel does not know, my people do not understand.”

July 4, 1776 was the day that the United States officially declared its independence from England and became a great nation. In 1789, the United States Constitution was adopted, which was imperative to bring order to the states under a unified governmental control. However, many believe that the United States was formed under God, but few have realized that some of the major signers of the Constitution such as Benjamin Franklin and George Washington were part of the secret organization of Free Masons. Does this sound familiar? If not, our current president, “Barrack Hussein Obama” or should I say his real name “Barry Saetoro” is a Free Mason. Our pledge of allegiance was written by a Baptist minister, Francis Bellamy, in 1892. However, the words “under God” was never in the original Pledge of Allegiance. These words were not added until 1954 after a campaign was done by the Knights of Columbus. So many may have believed that the Pledge always had the words “under God” in it, but to know that this is not true may help some understand why America has easily lost its “so-called” interest in God. Even though Christopher Columbus is said to have been secretly a Jew, looking for a new place for his fellow Jews to escape due to being expelled from Spain during the Spanish Inquisition, somewhere along the line, God has been lost. Maybe it is that God allowed America to come to power for His people (Jews) to have a place of refuge until May 14, 1948 when they became a nation again.

Isaiah 1:4  Woe to the sinful nation, a people whose guilt is great, a brood of evildoers, children given to corruption! They have forsaken the Lord; they have spurned the Holy One of Israel and turned their backs on him.

Despite the reason for America’s beginning, it has shown that it has little regard for the things of the Lord. America has forsaken God and has allowed evilness to reign supreme. Many may say that government and religion has to be separate and must not be intermingled, but when has God ever allowed a nation to thrive without Him? Time and time again in the Old Testament, God destroyed nations who had no regard for Him. There IS NO SEPARATION between God and State. God is the ONLY reason that a nation can thrive successfully and when that nation turns its back on God, you can be sure that IT WILL FALL.

            If we are a nation who does not believe in God, then why are many of our laws taken from the Ten Commandments? Let’s see some examples and how there’s also so much hypocrisy in it.

1.)  Thou shall not have any gods before me. (God’s Law)

If any person or persons owing allegiance to the United States of America, shall levy war against them, or shall adhere to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort within the United States or elsewhere…SHALL SUFFER DEATH. (Section 110 of Article 3 of the Constitution of the United States)

It seems that the United States does not wish for any person to have any allegiance to any other country, but they have no allegiance to God.

2.)  Thou shall not make any graven images. (God’s Law)

Any person who, within the District of Columbia, in any manner, for exhibition or display, shall place or cause to be placed any word, figure, mark, picture…mark, or distinguish the article or substance on which so placed shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or both in the discretion of the court.  (United States Code Title 4 art. 3)

Here you can get punished for destroying the image and symbol of the United States, while Oklahoma’s Capital is in the battle to have a Satanic statue put up alongside the Ten Commandments.

3.)  You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain. (God’s Law)

If you threaten the President of the United States, it is a class D Felony under the United States Code Title 18, Section 871.

The United States take it serious when it comes to speaking against the United States’ President, but God’s name is used casually and without any holy regard.

4.)  Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy. (God’s Law)

Blue Laws are still on the books in many states which prohibits the sale of certain items such as alcohol on Sundays. This originated from the Puritans when it was thought that people should be in church on Sundays or at least not drink on that day.

It is surprising that this law is still on the books anywhere within the United States due to the lack of God being allowed in any form including governmental and some private institutions as well.

5.)  Honor your father and mother. (God’s Law)

In California, there is a law with regards to children being obedient to their parents. It is a follow:

Section 601.

(a)  Any person under the age of 18 years who persistently or habitually refuses to obey the reasonable and proper orders or directions of his or her parents, guardian, or custodian, or who is beyond the control of that person, or who is under the age of 18 years when he or she violated any ordinance of any city or county of this state establishing a curfew based solely on age is within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court which may adjudge the minor to be a ward of the court.

Wow…I would say that this is serious. This is just one state that I mentioned as having laws like this for children to be obedient to their parents. It’s strange how the United States has laws like this on the books for children, but do not mind killing children at the discretion of the parent. This makes me go…hmmm. Something is wrong here.

6.)  Thou shall not kill. (God’s Law)

Well, we all know that the United States has many laws with regards to murder. So we don’t have the list the various laws that pertain to this. Murder, will usually get you locked up and in some cases on death row. However, the United States has no problem murdering millions of unborn children in their attempt for population control or what most pro-abortionists considers as, “A woman’s right to choose.” What happened to the child’s right to live?

7.)  Thou shall not commit adultery. (God’s Law)

There are 22 states with the U.S. who still have it listed in the books that adultery is a crime. Some has it as a misdemeanor and others have it listed as a felony. Regardless of what side of the coin the state falls on, this act is normally considered as immoral. However, many people are doing it and have no regards to it being that way. You can find this everyday on the television programs that many watch such as soap operas. The stars make their living by portraying characters that can only be as faithful as a cat is to a mouse. There is no such thing.

8.)  Thou shalt not steal. (God’s Law)

The U.S. has numerous laws in regards to theft. You cannot go into your local bank and rob the teller without there being some consequences to your action—the main one is having a free uniform and bunk bed in jail. You cannot steal from the IRS without there being some consequences such as jail or money being taken from your accounts and the list goes on.

9.)  Thou shalt not bear false witness against your neighbor. (God’s Law)

It is against the law to commit perjury on the witness stand. If you are summoned to court and asked to testify, they have you to take an oath stating that you will give the whole truth and nothing but the truth. They even used to include the saying, “So help you God.” If you watched the presidential swear-in, every president had to place his hand over the Bible while taking the oath of office. So, the Bible is still a guide for our country?

10.)                     Thou shall not covet. (God’s Law)

Many may not understand what coveting mean and may think that there is no such law. However, coveting is when you want something that rightfully does not belong to you and will do anything to get it. This desire will make you break laws to get what you want. For example, you may want to make the money that movie stars make, however, you have never applied yourself to become an actor/actress. Therefore, you decide that you will bootleg the movies that these actors/actresses have made so that you can receive a profit. Well, there’s an FBI warning on every movie to tell you that if you do this, you will receive fines and could also get jail time. This is the law.

So as we see, many of the laws that we have within the United States come from the basic 10 that God gave us. However, due to us being an increasingly God-less nation, we have taken God out of the picture in an attempt to become a rebellious nation.

Isaiah 1:7 Your country is desolate, your cities burned with fire; your fields are being stripped by foreigners right before you, laid waste as when overthrown by strangers. (NIV)

            I believe this is taking place within the United States now. We constantly have wild fires in California, which have prompted evacuations and destroyed homes and businesses.  Also, the borders of the United States are open where all types of people are coming in overtaking our cities and will soon flood our schools. There is already homeless people including veterans within the United States who are turned down for help and yet, our president and government have allowed illegals to come into the United States where governmental assistance will be needed for them while we are in a trillion dollar deficit. Really Brilliant!!!

Isaiah 1:9 Unless the Lord almighty had left us some survivors, we would have become like Sodom, we would have been like Gomorrah. (NIV)

                  Yes, the United States has become a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. Although everyone with the United States has not become ungodly, there is so many who have. The President has allowed and endorsed the homosexual agenda like no other president in this nation has done. He has created a nation of abomination and just as Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed for their sinful ways, the United States is under the judgment of God. The Pastors, Bishops, and other leaders of the body of Christ who have either remained silent on the issue and/or have endorsed it will also have the judgment of God as well on their shoulders for failing to guide the flock properly. The church is just as much at fault as the government for allowing this ungodliness to take place within our nation by failing to sound the alarm and telling the people that their votes matter when it comes to enforcing the laws of God. Instead of warnings…many of them are too busy begging for more money to build larger stadiums, fancier pulpits, private jets, newer cars, and pimping the poor.

Isaiah 1:11-13 “The multitude of your sacrifices—what are they to me?” says the Lord. “I have more than enough of burnt offerings, of rams and the fat of fattened animals; I have no pleasure in the blood of bulls and lambs and goats. When you come to appear before me, who has asked this of you, this trampling of my courts? Stop bringing meaningless offerings! Your incense is detestable to me. New Moons, Sabbaths and convocations—I cannot bear your worthless assemblies. (NIV)

            The church’s silence for the things of God is a foul smell in God’s nose. Week after week, ministers are teaching people about climbing up the rough side of the mountain and that their breakthrough is on the way, while sin is running amuck in the world. Yes, God wants to bless His children, but does He want to bless you only for the sake of you being a show-off to others, while there are souls who are in need of saving? Ministers want to tickle their congregants’ ears with positive and electrifying messages to get shouts, praises, and plenty of amens when people are on the Highway to Hell. Ministers want to protect their tax status instead of standing up for what’s right and preaching the unadulterated word of God. The church is much to blame for what is taking place in our society. How was prayer ever able to get taken out of schools while self-proclaimed Christians sat and watched without saying a word? How is Obama able to say that we are not a Christian nation so freely without ministers all throughout this country making such a stand that he would think the next time he want to utter those sayings out of his mouth? WAKE UP!!!

Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. (NIV)

            We must do better. Our government is off their rocker, but we need to stand for what is right as the body of Christ. What many leaders won’t do, God has given us as the body to be able to do. We must sound the alarm to the world. We must stand up for what’s right. We must go against what’s popular when it goes against the word of God. We must seek justice for the Christians who are being told by the government that they must cater to the homosexual agenda. We must defend the oppressed when innocent babies are at risk of being butchered by murderous doctors. We must stand up for the fatherless when churches are pimping single mothers to give all they have, while the pastors and their families are riding around in luxury and these children do not have college funds. We must plead the case of the widow when elderly people, not having money for food and medicine are sending their funds in to ministries that will not even visit them in the nursing homes.

Isaiah 1:23 Your rulers are rebels, partners with thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts. They do not defend the cause of the fatherless; the widow’s case does not come before them. (NIV)

Our ruler, our president is a rebel of the things of God. His wickedness has overtaken this country by storm and our votes allowed it to happen. This country has been overrun by a heathen ruler impersonating a Christian. Many Christian leaders have buried their heads in the sand because they are more in love with money than God. They want to collaborate with the world, be like the world, and imitate the world while calling themselves prophets, bishops, pastors, apostles, but instead, many of them are nothing more than heretics doing the work of Satan.

Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” For the mouth of the Lord has spoken. (NIV)

God is not playing with us people! Salvation is a serious thing. He longs that we come into His fold and completely take on His cause. It doesn’t matter how much you go to church when you have no relationship with Him. It doesn’t matter that you shout and clap your hands in church when you have not stood for Him. God sent His Son to save us from our sins, but we have a work that needs to be done. We must ensure that we are witnesses for the Lord and not allow our desire to conform to the things of the world influence our decision to stand for Him. He stood for us when He suffered on the Cross for the debt we owed. We should willingly be ready to be uncompromising for Him.
